The Raw Hair Mine strives to process orders as swift as possible, therefore; we’ve put safeguards in place to protect the health and safety of staff that can affect shipping times.
Orders placed Monday-Friday after 2 p.m. EST will begin processing the following business day to prepare for shipping, with processing being 2 business days.
Free priority shipping is applied to all orders in the U.S being 1-3 business days.
All orders ship from Atlanta, GA. Please note, delivery times are not a guarantee, in the occurrence of natural disasters, holidays, and inclement weather.
P.O. Boxes
The Raw Hair Mine does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the shipping address section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address, and, if required, submit your order to payment review.
Shipping Delays
For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagements, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.
Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent, we will make every attempt to correct the address, however; there is no guarantee the address change can be corrected after the package has been shipped. If we are successful in doing so, we will send you address change confirmation email. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
Incorrect Item(s) or Missing Item(s)
If you believe that part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact Client Care at info@rawhairmine.com We apologize for any inconvenience.
Lost Shipments:
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbors who may have signed for and received your item(s). It is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. Ultimately, if USPS is responsible for this lost shipment, we will issue you a refund or replacement.
Damaged Shipments
If your package has been delivered and your package has been damaged which resulted in loss of product(s), please keep all original packaging and contact Client Care immediately at info@rawhairmine.com with pictures and videos. We will contact USPS right away to start an investigation. If USPS is responsible for the loss of this shipment, we will issue you a refund or replacement.
